A Day in the Life:
- 7:30-9:00a.m. = visiting with newborns at the hospital, talking with parents, examining the babies
- 9:00-9:30a.m. = driving to the office
- 9:30-1:00p.m. = visiting with patients in the office, examining patients for routine checkups, colds, sore throats, coughs, rashes, stomach pain, ear aches, and other problems
- 1:00-2:00p.m. = eating lunch; making phone calls to patients, reading the mail
- 2:00-5:00p.m. = seeing more patients (Following the same routine as with the morning patients)
- 5:00-6:00p.m. = calling patients regarding health questions, medication, and potty training; deciding whether or not a child should be brought to the office for examination.
